Navy Pier & Air Show

Perfect weather was the topper to a pleasant day at Navy Pier.  Our bus was filled to capacity to enjoy a brunch cruise aboard The Odyssey and take in the thrills of the Blue Angels, as well as see other U. S. Military Aircraft fly overhead. 

The first picture below is the entrance onto Navy Pier.  I do believe we experienced a Forrest Gump sighting outside the entrance of Bubba Gump's Restaurant!!!

We stopped at the Museum Campus area to take a group picture against the Chicago skyline.  Not everyone would fit into one picture, so below are various pictures of the great bunch of people that joined us.

Below are pictures of some of the aircraft and The Blue Angels.  The planes all moved at such a speed that it was very difficult to be able to capture pictures of them.
