Fair Oaks Dairy Fair Oaks Dairy Farms not only afforded us the opportunity to see how one of our staples, milk, comes to be, but also gave us the opportunity to witness the birthing of calves. Fair Oaks sits on impeccably landscaped grounds with beautiful gardens. There are also wonderful interaction areas for the children, as well as an outdoor playground. Many thanks to Doug Leathem for sharing his pictures! First is the Welcome Center.
