Casino Windsor We are sorry to say that we forgot to take our camera, so we have no pictures to offer on this trip. Georgann Devolder did take some pictures, so hopefully we will be able to add some at a later date. We had a great little group that enjoyed 2 days of great October weather in Canada. We entered Windsor via the bridge, only to encounter a huge backup of semis on the bridge who were pretty much at a standstill in the right hand lane, while we were able to pass them all in the left lane. We had a couple of people report nice little winnings, but one lady claimed her husband won what she lost. Before departing Windsor for home, we stopped at the Hiram Walker Mansion for a guided tour of this beautiful old home and offices. We then gathered in The Library to have a sampling of this wonderfully smooth whisky. Everyone was given a Hiram Walker highball glass and a CD of the facility. |
